Scope of Revelation

Branded “Revelation,” abandoned ashore, stood a scope of heavenly gold. Peering inside, a prayer I whisperedto see beyond my shore. But what did I see ---Oh my God, what did I see?Beyond the shore was a great abyss -- Cries that did shake the stand,Blood that did alter gold,Tears that did disillusion. “Never again,” I wished to see. Peering again, a prayer I whisperedto see self and no more. But what did I see –Oh my God, what did I see?Beyond the flesh was a great abyss – In horror, I saw on my shorean image so hideous – distorted;a bloody, knotted soul. “Never again,” I wished to see. Peering again, a prayer I whisperedto see. But what did I see ---Good God, what did I see?Taking on flesh, He stepped into the abyss – A Hand that wiped the tearsand ran with blood of gold. An Image so bent with mercy,it undid my twisted soul. But what did I see?My God I did see.
